So I've totally caught the Steampunk bug. I've liked that kind of stuff for as long as I can remember, I just didn't know there was a genre for it or that there were so many other people who shared it. My favorite books are the MYST series, I've always been attracted to things with shiny, brass gears, and I love making new, current technology look old.
So, I'm trying my hand at some of my own projects. I'm currently working on two hard drive enclosures, each with a steampunk-y feel. I'll post pictures when they're finished. I would love to tackle something bigger, like a monitor or something...but let's get these little projects out of the way first. :-)
