Google partners with MySpace and MTV

http://www.electricnews.net/frontpage/news-9762930.html

Some exciting news was announced this week. In a deal costing more than $900 million, Google has partnered with News Corp (owner of MySpace and dozens of other big names). The deal will give Google search rights and allow them to put their ads on MySpace pages. It could rake in over $25 million a year for Google.

They also partnered with MTV to distribute videos on the Google Video network. Full-length programs from MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, etc. will be available for download on Google Video.

I personally find this very exciting...we'll see how it goes!
