Back from Jamaica!
Hello, friends, I have returned! After a 12 day leave ob absence for my wedding and honeymoon I am now back online. Yesterday was my first day back at a real computer. :-)
For any of you who were interested, I just thought I'd take a minute to tell you how everything went. The wedding was beautiful and my bride was even more so. Everything went smoothly and aside from my best man (my brother) handing me the wrong ring during the ceremony, nothing went wrong.
I wasn't nearly as nervous as I'd expected to be and think I remained calm and collected throughout the whole thing. Everyone told me I was beaming as she walked down the isle toward me. It was perfect.
For our honeymoon, we went to Sandals in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The weather there was a welcome change from the freezing winter of Pennsylvania. It was an amazing week. Everyone was so friendly and the resort was beautiful. I highly recommend both Jamaica and Sandals to anyone.
While we were there we visited Dunn's River Falls. This was an amazing experience and I recommend it for everyone who visits Jamaica. We climbed up, literally in the waterfalls, nearly 900 feet from the beach up into the mountain. It was truly amazing.
We also went river tubing through the Jamaican rain forest. Another quality experience. The forest was beautiful and the entire experience was just a lot of fun.
There was quite literally nothing that went wrong and we had the best vacation of our lives.
So, I am now a married man! And it's better than I ever imagined!
